* General news

Geoff has write access to the SVN repository and is continuing the
edits to the current TC2 defects. A new work in progress draft has been
checked into the repository. This now also includes auto generated
rationale sections with links to the applicable defect reports
(these are added automatically when building the document and so
are not included with the bug reports in the SVN repository).

Andrew has circulated a marked up TC2 PAR (project authorization request).
This was discussed, it was noted that the PMC evaluation criteria
form also has to be produced, and then both sent to the IEEE PASC
SEC committee for their approval. Andrew circulated the draft PMC
criteria to the core team after the meeting.

It was also noted that in the annual ISO editors report we should
include notification of the upcoming TC2 development.
