Summary: suseconds_t should not be shaded XSI
Description:
On the <sys/types.h> page, suseconds_t is shaded XSI, but <sys/select.h>
is required to define it "as described in <sys/types.h>" and uses it in
the definition of struct timeval (which has no XSI shading).
Desired Action:
Remove the XSI shading from the line:

suseconds_t Used for time in microseconds.
