Summary: sigaction errors has probably left over artefact
Description:
The ERRORS section for sigaction() contains:

[ENOTSUP]
The SA_SIGINFO bit flag is set in the sa_flags field of the sigaction
structure.

and this does not look correct for the current version of the standard
as the standard defines SA_SIGINFO to switch from a signal setup that
uses sa_handler to sa_sigaction.
Desired Action:
Remove the text
